Purpose
Creates the provisioning for the set of downstream channel frequencies that are published in a DSG DCD message.

Information
Note: Per the DSG specification, validity checking of this frequency value is limited as the frequency may correspond to a
downstream from a different CMTS or C4 CMTS.
To delete the provisioning for the set of downstream channel frequencies that are published in a DSG DCD message,. use the no
option.

Number assigned to the channel list.

The index into the downstream frequency list.
[frequency <0-
1000000000>]
Downstream frequency to be published in the DCD messages. This frequency must be a multiple of 62500 Hz.
