Purpose
Provides the ability to change the channel wide initial traffic key (TEK) lifetime default value for all new SAIds (flow keys).

Information
Note: This command is applicable to BPI and BPI+ modem operation. The default value is acceptable for normal operation. The
shorter the life-time the more overhead will exist but gives some improvement in security.
CAUTION: The TEK lifetime must be more than twice as large as the largest TEK CM grace time to prevent denied CM registration.
To return the recommended setting (43000), use the no option.
Parameters
<mac>
The MAC identifier. Valid numbers are 0-415.
<seconds>
Traffic encryption lifetime value in seconds. Valid range is 1800 - 604800. The current default is 43000.
