Purpose
Configures the holdoff timer to be used by the CM when determining when to transmit a CM-STATUS message.

To restore the default value, use the no option.

<mac>
The MAC identifier. Valid numbers are 0-415.
<all>
Includes all event types
<type>
Select from the following event condition types:

Maximum value of holdoff timer in ticks. One tick = 20 milliseconds. Default = 15 ticks (30 seconds).
