configure interface cable-mac * cable mdd-interval

Purpose

Configures the interval for the insertion of MDD messages.

Default Access Level

Command Syntax

configure interface cable-mac <mac> cable mdd-interval <int>

configure interface cable-mac <mac> cable mdd-interval [<int>] no

Supplemental

Information

To remove the insertion interval, use the no option.

Parameters

<mac>

The MAC identifier. Valid numbers are 0-415.

<int>

Time interval, in milliseconds, for the insertion of MDD messages. Valid range is 1-2000 milliseconds.
