Purpose
Defines the unique state within a state machine.

To reset to the default state, use the no option.

<1-40>
The number of the spectral group and has a value from 1-40.
<1-16>
Pointer to the unique state within state machine.
< num>
Center frequency in Hz. Valid range is 5000000 to 65000000.
