Configures the neighbor table.

configure router bgp [<int>] address-family ipv4 neighbor <a.b.c.d> maximum-prefix <int> warning-only

To disable, use the no option.

Autonomous System (AS) number. Valid range is 1-65535

Neighbor IP address.
