To configure the router to signal other routers
not to use it as an intermediate hop in their
shortest path first (SPF) calculations, use the
set-overload-bit command in router
configuration mode. It will cause to originate
LSPs with the Overload bit set. This bit will be
set if the level-1 or level-2 database is running
short of a resource such as memory.
configure router isis set-overload-bit
