14.3.10.1 set multiauth mode
Use this command to set the system authentication mode to use multiple authenticators
simultaneously or to strictly adhere to 802.1X.
set multiauth mode {multi | strict}
Syntax Description
Command Type
Switch command.
Command Mode
Read-Write.
Command Defaults
None.
Examples
This example shows how to enable multiple authentication
:
multi Allows the system to use multiple authenticators
simultaneously.
NOTE: This mode requires that MAC, PWA, and
802.1X authentication be enabled globally, and
configured appropriately on the desired ports per
its corresponding command set as described in
this chapter.
strict Sets the system authentication mode to strict 802.1X.
