Use this command to globally enable or disable flow setup throttling.
set flowlimit {enable | disable}

Example
This example shows how to enable FST on Fast Ethernet ports 1-5 in module 2:
enable | disable Globally enables or disables FST.
Matrix(rw)->set flowlimit fe.2.1-5 enable
