neighbor {<ip-address>|<peer-group-name>} ebgp-multihop [<1-
255>]
DESCRIPTION
This command is entered in the Router Configuration Mode. This command can
be used to accept and attempt BGP connections to external peers residing on
networks that are not directly connected.
PARAMETERS
DEFAULT
Only directly connected external neighbors are allowed.
EXAMPLE
ALU(config-router bgp AS30)# neighbor 1.1.1.1 ebgp-multihop

Parameter Description
ip-address IP address of the BGP-speaking neighbor.
peer-group-name Name of a BGP peer group.
1-255 The maximum hop count to reach neighbor.
