router bgp <as-number>
DESCRIPTION
This command is entered in the Configuration Mode. This command enables BGP
routing for the local AS and changes to RCM.
PARAMETERS
DEFAULT
No BGP routing process is enabled by default.
EXAMPLE
ALU(config)# router bgp 30
ALU(config-router bgp AS30)#
Parameter Description
as-number Number of an autonomous system that identifies the router
to other BGP routers and tags the routing information
passed along. The range for the as-number is 1 - 65535.
