NEIGHBOR LOCAL-AS
neighbor {<ip-address>|<peer-group-name>} local-as <1-65535>
DESCRIPTION
This command is entered in the Router Configuration Mode. This command is
used to enable local-as feature for specified neighbor. AS number specified in the
command is used to form neighborship.
PARAMETERS
DEFAULT
None.
EXAMPLE
ALU(config-router bgp AS30)#neighbor 1.1.1.1 local-as 10
Parameter Description
ip-address Neighbor’s IP address.
peer-group-name Name of a BGP peer group.
1-65535 Any valid AS number.
Note: Do not specify the AS number to which the
neighbor belongs.
