Note that for this bit, the BOR event that causes the Brown-Out Reset
can be any of the following:

supply drops below its acceptable operating range.
■ The V

supply drops below its acceptable operating range.

generated a reset since the previous power-on reset.
Writing a 0 to this bit clears it.
