This field holds the minute information in hexadecimal. Bits 13:8
correspond to hex values from 0x0 to 0x3b (0 to 59 minutes).

Software should not rely on the value of a reserved bit. To provide
compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.

Seconds
This field holds the seconds value in hexadecimal. Bits 5:0 correspond
to hex values from 0x0 to 0x3b (0 to 59 seconds).
