Register control to select the data which gets multiplied by the
ramp in the PA Protection mulitplication block. The 2 bit
implies the following:
0:Programmable Value is fed when the PA protection triggers.
The value can be programmed in register
tx_pap_ramp_mult_data.
1:Regular TX Data
2:On PA protection trigger, the last good sample is held. The
bad sample is not propagated in the TX chain.
