Floating Point Mode: Floating Point Mode - two modes:
1. 0x00 → If exponent > 0, do not send MSB
2. 0x01 → Send MSB always
Floating Point Format: 3 options exist for the floating point format:
1. 0x00 → 2-bit exponent, 13-bit mantissa and 1-bit sign
2. 0x01 → 3-bit exponent, 12-bit mantissa and 1-bit sign
3. 0x02 → 4-bit exponent, 11-bit mantissa and 1-bit sign
