The high pass filter output can be averaged in a
programmable window of 2 to 16 samples. The averaged
output is compared against a threshold to determine the error
hit. However, the averaging can be bypassed and the
instantaneous filter output is compared against the threshold.
If this register bit is set to 1 the averaging is disabled and
instantaneous filter output is compared against the threshold.
0 : Average enable
1 : Average disable.
