The moving average accumulator threshold in the dual band
combiner PA Protection. The threshold is on the envelope of
the signal assuming the signal takes values is in the range [-
1,1). The threshold can be programmed in the range 0 to 512.
The threshold is interpreted as programmed_value/256. For
example, value of 256 implies the envelope threshold = 1.

The dual band combiner PA protection also supports a high
pass filter based detection. If the filter output exceeds a
threshold an error hit is indicated. If the number of hits in a
programmable window exceeds the count threshold PA
protection is triggered. The high pass filter based detection is
controlled as:
