Commands for Accessing the Switch
show accounts pppuser
show accounts pppuser
Description
Displays user account information for all users on the switch.
Syntax Description
This command has no arguments or variables.
Default
N/A.
Usage Guidelines
You need to create a user account using the
create account
command before you can display user
account information.
To view the accounts that have been created, you must have administrator privileges.
The
show accounts
command displays the following information in a tabular format:
•User Name—The name of the user. This list displays all of the users who have access to the switch.
• Access—The SNMP community strings. This may be listed as R/W for read/write or RO for read
only.
•Login OK—The number of logins that are okay.
•Failed—The number of failed logins.
Depending on the software version running on your switch, additional or different account information
may be displayed.
Example
The following command displays user account information on the switch:
show accounts pppuser
Output from this command looks similar to the following:
