show tech-support [brief | all]
Description
Displays the output of various show commands to assist in monitoring and troubleshooting the switch.

Usage Guidelines
Use this command to display detail information for a switch to assist in troubleshooting. In some
environments, showing all the available information by using the
all
keyword can possibly lead to
performance problems when used on switches with a large number of table entries. To control the
output by limiting the output detail, use the
brief
keyword.
Use the
show tech-support all
form of the command to display all output for the following show
commands:
• show version
• show switch
• show configuration
• show diag
• show slot
• show fdb
• show iparp
• show ipfdb
• show ipstats
• show iproute
• show ipmc cache detail
• show ipmc fdb
• show igmp snooping detail
• show memory detail
• show log
Use the
show tech-support brief
form of the command to display all the output shown above
except for FDB output (that is, L2FDB and IPFDB output).
brief Specifies that all output will be displayed with the exception of FDB content
(that is, L2FDB and IPFDB output).
all Specifies that all output will be displayed, including FDB content (that is,
l2FDB and IPFDB output).
