IP BGP NEIGHBORS OPEN (BGP ONLY)
show ip bgp neighbors open (BGP only)
Overview Use this command to display the number of open messages sent to the neighbor
from the peer throughout the session.

show ip bgp neighbors <ipv4-addr> open
