F32885 (N, A) CU DRIVE-CLiQ: Cyclic data transfer error
Drive object: All objects
Reaction: A_INFEED: NONE (OFF1, OFF2)
SERVO: OFF1 (IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF2, OFF3)
VECTOR: OFF1 (IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF2, OFF3)
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: DRIVE-CLiQ communications error between the Control Unit and the encoder involved (encoder 2). The nodes do
not send and receive in synchronism.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
1A: Sign-of-life bit in the receive telegram not set and the receive telegram is too early.
21: The cyclic telegram has not been received.
22: Timeout in the telegram receive list.
40: Timeout in the telegram send list.
62: Error at the transition to cyclic operation.
Remedy: - check the power supply voltage of the component involved.
- carry out a POWER ON.
- replace the component involved.

Cause: DRIVE-CLiQ communications error between the Control Unit and the encoder involved (encoder 2). Data were not
able to be sent.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
41: Telegram type does not match send list.
Remedy: Carry out a POWER ON.

Reaction: A_INFEED: NONE (OFF1, OFF2)

VECTOR: OFF1 (IASC / DCBRAKE, NONE, OFF2, OFF3)
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: Fault detected on the DRIVE-CLiQ component involved (Sensor Module for encoder 2). Faulty hardware cannot be
excluded.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
20: Error in the telegram header.
23: Receive error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
42: Send error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
43: Send error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
60: Response received too late during runtime measurement.
61: Time taken to exchange characteristic data too long.
Remedy: - check the DRIVE-CLiQ wiring (interrupted cable, contacts, ...).
- check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance
- if required, use another DRIVE-CLiQ socket (p9904).
- replace the component involved.
