Enable one-time rounding to nearest minute on next time register
read.
0x0 = No update
0x1 = Time is rounded to the nearest minute
0 STOP_RTC R/W 0h Stop the RTC
32-kHz counter.
0x0 = RTC is frozen
0x1 = RTC is running
